II. Admission

Art. 1 – Entry Requirements

Access to Saint Trust is reserved for holders of the NFT Membership Key, a digital asset that represents entry into the club and ensures transparency, property, uniqueness, and authenticity.

Art. 2 – Selection Criteria

Admission requires:

• A annual entry fee

• Elegance, discretion, and a lifestyle aligned with the club’s values

• Verifiable personal and professional reputation

• Demonstrated integrity and value creation: preference is given to individuals who have built meaningful ventures, shaped industries, or hold positions of high responsibility and impact. The network excludes those involved in illicit, black-market, or speculative financial behavior. Possessing capital alone is not sufficient for entry

Admission is not automatic but subject to discretionary and confidential evaluation process. Saint Trust distinguishes between two types of access:

• Members interested exclusively in accessing tailored services (e.g., private charters, concierge, off-market deals)

• Members who actively participate in curated experiences and high-trust events

Both modalities are available independently or jointly, depending on preferences and eligibility

• Premium Member – Includes all the benefits of the Base Member, Priority access to private auctions, rare assets and restricted events, exclusive services and use of supercars and full private charters on selected dates or upon request, Co-investment opportunities - closed or pre-launch and participation in private funds, Exclusive investment vehicles

• Founder Member – Full access to all benefits, involvement in governance, potential for passive income through yield staking
